Rental Terms
- Renter agrees to keep and maintain the equipment during the rental period. This includes cleaning the equipment before its return.
- Renter is responsible for replacement and/or repair in the event of damage to or loss of the equipment.
- Renter assumes risks, costs, and expenses to pickup and return the tools.
- The rental term begins at pickup and ends upon return of the tool.
- Renter will not pledge or encumber the equipment in any way.
- The equipment owner makes no warranty of any kind regarding the rental equipment.
- Neither the owner nor T'Work are responsible for injury or damage of any kind.
